At ARJ DYNAMICS LLC ("PromptDynamicsAI"), we stand behind the quality of our AI content generation platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued and how cancellations are handled for our Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers.
2. Free Tier
The Free tier is offered at no cost and provides 10 AI content generations per month with access to core features. As the Free tier involves no financial transaction, there are no refunds applicable to Free tier usage. You may stop using the Free tier at any time without any obligation.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pro & Enterprise)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro and Enterprise subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Send an email to support@promptdynamicsai.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your account will revert to the Free tier.
4. Beyond the 14-Day Window
After the initial 14-day period, the following rules apply:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current month.
- Annual subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months beyond the 14-day guarantee period.
- Renewal charges: Renewal payments for existing subscriptions (after the first billing cycle) are non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time through:
- Your Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription (recommended, instant)
- Email to support@promptdynamicsai.com (processed within 24 hours)
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier. Your content, history, and account data remain fully accessible on the Free tier.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests beyond the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including: documented technical issues that prevent core functionality from working; unauthorized charges verified by our payment processor; duplicate charges resulting from a confirmed system error. These cases are evaluated at our sole discretion and do not establish a precedent for future refunds.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact support@promptdynamicsai.com before filing a dispute — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The policy applicable to your subscription is the version in effect at the time of your purchase.
