Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms govern your paid subscription to PromptDynamicsAI Pro and Enterprise plans, operated by ARJ DYNAMICS LLC. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Plans

PromptDynamicsAI offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: $0/month — 10 AI generations per month, 15+ templates, 1 brand profile, 5 languages, basic support.
  • Pro: $39/month or $390/year — Unlimited generations, 50+ templates, 5 brand profiles, 30+ languages, team collaboration (up to 5 members), API access (1,000 calls/month), priority email and chat support.
  • Enterprise: $149/month — Unlimited everything, unlimited team members, SSO/SAML, custom integrations, advanced analytics, 24/7 dedicated support with named account manager.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing frequency selected at checkout. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically on the same calendar day of each subsequent period.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on each billing date.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful after 7 days, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free tier.

4. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The renewal charge will be the same as your current subscription rate unless you have been notified of a price change. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

5. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Dashboard Billing settings or by contacting support@promptdynamicsai.com. Upon cancellation: you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made after cancellation; your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the billing period; all your content and history remain accessible on the Free tier.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: first-time Pro and Enterprise subscribers are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date; cancellations after the 14-day guarantee period do not qualify for a refund for the current billing period; annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for partial refunds beyond the 14-day guarantee period.

7. Plan Changes

7.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade from Free to Pro, or Pro to Enterprise, the new features take effect immediately. You will be charged the new rate on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing period.

7.2 Downgrades

When you downgrade (e.g., Pro to Free), the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan's features until that date.
