1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PromptDynamicsAI ("the Service"), operated by ARJ DYNAMICS LLC ("PromptDynamicsAI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PromptDynamicsAI provides an AI-powered content generation platform that enables users to create marketing copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and other written materials. The Service is available through Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers with varying feature sets and usage limits.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful; impersonate any person or entity; upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service; use automated means to access the Service beyond authorized API limits; generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive marketing materials; violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the content generated for you. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our Platform: The Service, including its underlying technology, algorithms, user interface, and branding, is owned by ARJ DYNAMICS LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARJ DYNAMICS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
